1. Description

Is your language descriptive and interesting? You're not writing a novel, so don't worry about making it poetic and flowery. But, you do want a description that is long enough to give people an idea of what your space entails.

2. Pricing

This section is important to keep up-to-date. Have you changed your pricing? Is it still fair?

3. Frequency

Same as above, keeping this information accurate is important. If you now have a renter for only part of the time, make sure this is reflected to show that a particular time is no longer available.
